Dear Hays Recruiting Team,

I am a M.Sc. student in Artificial Intelligence in Germany with hands-on experience building data pipelines and model-driven systems in Python. Most recently, I designed and implemented CareerAgent, an autonomous job-search agent that performs nightly ingestion from official German job APIs (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Adzuna, Greenhouse/Lever), applies LLM-based match scoring with structured outputs, and supports human-in-the-loop CV and cover-letter tailoring.

Through CareerAgent I planned and operated an end-to-end pipeline: integrating heterogeneous sources via REST, normalizing and storing data in a lightweight store (SQLite), orchestrating runs with GitHub Actions, and exposing results for downstream workflows. This work reflects the role’s emphasis on scalable data flows, automation, and applying AI/ML to real processes. My toolset includes Python, SQL, Docker, Git, REST APIs, and practical experience putting data and models into a repeatable, automated process.
