This notice describes how this instance of CareerAgent processes personal data. It is maintained by an individual operator for a small group of invited users, not by a dedicated legal or compliance function, and will be superseded by a formal policy before any wider release.
The operator named on the Imprint page is the controller for this instance.

Data is stored in this instance's own database and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. It is processed by:
Processing of account and dossier data is necessary to provide the service requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, during the current testing phase, is additionally based on the user's consent to use the tool (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data is retained for as long as the corresponding account exists. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their data by contacting the operator listed on the Imprint page. At this stage, deletion requests are handled manually rather than through self-service tooling. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their competent data protection authority.
